    Approves of CEO

I worked at Predictive Service full-time

    Pros

Fun/casual atmosphere, great employees, intimate "start up" feel. You get lots of face time with the decision makers.

    Cons

No matter how much money is generated it never seems to make back into the pockets of the employees or get used to hire needed staff. The relationship between the Walpole MA division and Cleveland office is "odd" and the needs and requirements of Walpole very often take a back seat even if the funds were generated in Walpole.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

As a smaller company you get to know everyone and most of them are very friendly. Company breakfast every Monday morning.

    Cons

Management does not seem to care about employees. The company fights almost all unemployment claims after letting someone go. The company has also sued multiple ex-employees on very shaking grounds costing them thousands to fight the charges.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Predictive Service as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Huge opportunity to work on a lot of different projects, big focus on developing you as an individual and giving you projects that you are genuinely interested in, awesome product to learn about (develops a better understanding of the psychology behind leadership and business talent)

    Cons

Constant fast pace environment, always being thrown multiple projects and so you must be really keen on properly prioritizing and determining what needs to be worked on

    Advice to Management

Sometimes need to take a step back and consider what is truly feasible and what will have the best impact on the company; need less follow-up and trust that employees will get work done

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    1. Friendly and we look after each other 2. Fair working hours, at least there is some form of work life balance and we get to go off at 1800 3. Work can sometimes be intensive, but its manageable.

    Cons

    1. Turnover Rate can be quite high 2. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand and communicate with the management 3. Renumeration is average

    Advice to Management

    1. Listen to employees and what they have to say, and then implement their ideas 2. Have more regular staff meetings to hear feedback from the ground.
