    Pros

very smart coworkers, work wherever and whenever you want, small enough that your voice and ideas can be heard

    Cons

Not Invented Here culture is too strong. I found that we ended up with arcane, proprietary, or little used solutions to problems instead of "going with the flow" of a strong and active open source community. You may also be told "politics don't matter here". Well they do, and in a big way.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes I felt like we were far better at selling products than actually creating and delivering good products.

    Pros

it was a great culture, with a lot of smart people. First on the cloud, one of the first companies that adapted SaaS.

    Cons

2 big round of layoffs in 12 months. Culture went down the hill, always in the low end as far as the compensation. Work-life balance was great but that went downhill with projects that is impossible to deliver.

    Pros

Flexible work environment. Easy going team and managers. Great technical assets and an extremely ambitious vision

    Cons

Very tight project timelines. Does not invest into long training cycles, but trains people by throwing them directly in project work.
