    Outstanding management! Flawless communication between Corporate and smaller heads.

    I would like it if Premier would manage more properties around the Dallas & Fort Worth Area.

    I have been working at Premier Communities Management Company full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    There weren't any pros to working at Premier other than the property was nice.

    Cons

    Leadership doesn't practice leadership in any form. One thing is said, while another is actually done. The mission and values are very unclear and it is not uncommon to be told to do something a certain way and then have that very same corporate person come back and deny ever giving you those marching orders. Some managers routinely back-bite other managers to get ahead and the corporate woman in charge actually awards this type of behavior.

    In terms of corporate management, they need to learn to lead, learn to be honest and have integrity.

    I worked at Premier Communities Management Company full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    There are nice people working at Premier Communities. Turnover is high so the people come and go quite frequently. They are owned by a national organization.

    Cons

    Unfriendly, uncaring, fear-based culture. Poor communication from upper management. Upper management doesn't really care about its employees. Actions don't support their purported values. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat your employees like professionals. Show some trust and genuine care about the people who work for you. Executives shouldn't back bite about lower level employees - it's unsavory and unprofessional.
