    Pros

    excellent nurses and Home health aides Good reputation Good support from sales team.

    Cons

    New computer system went live with all staff at the same time. Myriad problems and issues arose which we were never able to rectify. Our paperwork fell behind. Then we were being asked to do past admissions again due to intake issues. We were never able to catch up with our paperwork. The computers were constantly down with minimal IT support.

    Advice to Management

    When changing computer systems do a small test group first. This will work out any bugs without the entire office falling apart.

    Pros

    Working with patients who are super nice to me and allow to get the job done at once.

    Cons

    Dealing with patients who are disrespectful and do not allow me to do what I am suppose to do.

    You meet a lot of great people.

    Cons

    This company needs to be investigated for wrongful terminations. Working in the HR department is quite possibly the worst experience you could have in your career due to lets just say...."management".

    Vacation and benefits start after 90 days

    Cons

    This company is money hungry. They don't care for their clients well being or your well being. Working here was horrible. The staff do not help each other out under stressful times, they will unstaff your clients without telling you. It's a very cut throat company.

    Start caring for your clients and workers (office and home health aides)

    Poor management Horrible benefits Large caseload No support from directors Computers never work No salary increase

    Can't think of any pros....honestly.

    Cons

    Benefits are horrible, paid time off is horrible, no education reimbursement, no room for growth, they should be investigated for wrongful terminations
