    I worked at Premier Training

    Pros

Access to free personal training gym and great advice, classes, qualifications etc. Commissions are good if you make an effort

    Cons

personalities in the career advisor section can be quite challanging at times. Quite a repetitive role. A bit of a discoonect between management and marketing in Trowbridge and the local sales team. An issue because London generates the most revenue UK-wide.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

would be good to observe a day of operations in London to make suremarketing/sales/management are all on the same page

    Doesn't Recommend
