    Pros

    Work when you want, however you will be bothered by managers and sales reps. who don't understand you have a life outside of the gym.

    Cons

    This gym is a modern day slave driver. They don't pay for 10-15 after pay day because they like to cash in a little bit from its employees. No Benefits, No Career Opp, No Future. Ugly management and leadership system. Don't believe them if they say you can build a career worst decision you can make! Sometimes commision are not accounted for, just a sloppy gym and nothing great for people who want to reach their goals as a fitness professional!

    Advice to Management

    Tell John Cardillo to change his character and become a true leader and not a modern day wana be mob boss it does not become of him.

    Pros

    make your own hours, free gym membership as employee, wear shorts and t-shirt to work everyday, attractive people in gym

    Cons

    always paid late (10-15 days late every pay period), no direct deposit, no benefits of any kind, dont provide uniforms, even meeting sales quotas is never enough for them, gym constantly has broken equipment that is never fixed, always overwithdrawls on members fees from their bank accounts, never any towels or soap for members.

    Advice to Management

    pay your staff on time, no wonder there is constant staff turnover
