    Pros

Presby' s is an overall good place. Once the CEO enters the building everyone is on edge and eager to appear perfect.

    Cons

Back biting runs rampade so beware!

    Advice to Management

Treat the "little guys" with thr respect they deserve.

    Pros

People who have long term service are loyal and dedicated to providing good care but need guidance and support from management and leadership.

    Cons

CEO and VP of HR breed an atmosphere of fear and distrust. That is why senior level positions constantly turnover. Either be as ruthless as they are to survive or leave.

    Advice to Management

Instead of pointing fingers, look to fixing the corporate culture and walking the talk. The board needs to open their eyes and look behind the curtain.

    Pros

Worked with some very nice managers there.

    Cons

Administrator was very unprofessional and immature for the position. I was lied to about the position from the job interview to the end. The administrator made up completely false accusations about me to fire me. Administrator did not give the management team the tools and time management skills to change their workload when the resident population changed to more short-term care and less long-term care. Very unstable management team, managers being fired frequently and people quitting. No effort being made to correct peoples mistakes and retrain them. No retention efforts to keep staff, the attitude is everyone is replaceable. Not a nice place to work.

    Advice to Management

Get a new administrator for this office.
