Pressley Ridge Reviews
Pros – Positive communication with supervisor and other staff; encouraging, motivating; there is room for advancement in most positions; overall a great company to be employed by.
Cons – It was a grant funded program and the grant wasn't renewed. The travel was a big factor that affected time managment.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
Pros – A lot of freedom to make your time what you want it to be. Perks of taking youth to many activities and the company pays for it. Education reimbursement, overtime opportunities
Cons – Supervisors are terrible, lack of communication, pay is terrible, not much room for advancement within the company, most people get burnt out quickly and they take it out on the kids, yet employees aren't held responsible for this. Very toxic environment. No support from supervisors.
Advice to Senior Management – Wake up, and treat your employees better! Higher pay would result in less turnover.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Lots of clients to work with, variety of mental health issues, excellent support staff
Cons – Expect you to work more hours than you get paid for without extra compensation, management micromanages and at times harasses you, some workers are favored, limited support, cares more about money than client care, does not care about the well-being of staff
Advice to Senior Management – Better training for supervisors on how to be effective leaders and how to increase morale
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
