Details
Pros
They give you a paycheck every two weeks. Pay was pretty fair for the position.
Cons
The Director of Operations and most upper management are completely useless. There is no support whatsoever. They get around the local law of paying overtime for time worked over 40 hours per week. Many payroll problems. As a manager you are 100 percent on your own with no support whatsoever. If you are unable to staff a location, tough . It has to wait until you can the next time you visit. The whole field of building maintenance/ housekeeping is littered with many shady individuals who only care about themselves.
Advice to Senior Management
Choose better senior managers.
