    Pros

When the shift is going good the job is very do-able. Most CNA's are dependable. Most patients appreciate the staff.

    Cons

Lack of supplies. Visitors overstay their welcome. Patients especially long term stays will fight with each other. Huge staff turn over.

    Advice to Management

Unrealistic expectation of staff. Increase your training or at least make it consistent so that all staff are working toward a common goal.

    Advice to Management

Start working toward making Prestige one of the leaders in the industry and invest more time and money into the development of your line leve employee.
