Many of the team members are great. And customers love our product. It's fun to work on something that people love.

Cons

Our CEO doesn't inspire confidence that he knows where to take the company, we're going to have the money we need to get there, and that he's really passionate about this company. He's also scared away some of our best people over the last year which makes me wonder if I should stick around.

Advice to Senior Management

We've been talking about new directions for a year, and we haven't seen much progress. When are we going to make a decision? And stop getting rid of the best people at Presto.
