    Pros

Compensation is commission so you can make a lot of money. You have a lot of freedom to set your own schedule, making appointments, being out of the office. Management is helpful by going with the account executive on a presentation to help with getting a deal closed.

    Cons

Work environment was not very friendly. People kept to themselves. This is a tough business if you have never worked in commercial furniture. Lots of detail to know the product. You need to develop lots of connections to make it work for sales.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you are bringing on a sales person that does not have industry experience, make sure that sales person is paired with an experienced design and project manager.

    Pros

Direct management are good guys but can be puppets for all upper management. They are vary fair if you need a day off. If you show them that you show up on time and wanna work they will take care of you.

    Cons

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I can honestly say that I'm supprissed this company is still in bussiness. The upper management was born with a silver spoon in they're mouth and haven't worked for what they have. They can't remeber anyones names to save they're lives. Take 5% out of your pay because the company's facing hard times while at the same time buying a brandnew $130,000 porche, then have the balls to give you back that 5% and call it a raise!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Retire and sell the company to people who will care about the employees
