Pros
Lots of opportunity and plenty of chances to increase knowledge and skill base. New US Leadership team is showing a lot of promise.
Cons
No consistency in scheduling which makes the busy seasons more painful then they need to be. Headcount seems to be an eternal problem that will never be solved.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the good work. We like to realize that you are listening to our suggestions and trying to make this place a good place for us.
Pros
- flexibility in schedule and places to work from
- fairness of the review process
- ability to learn outside of your expertise area and grow professionally
- great staff benefits and perks
- extra days off during holidays
Cons
- lack of structure in onboarding process
- lots of misfit placements based on project demands vs associate/senior assoc skills
- mentoring with the senior management rarely works due to their heavy work schedules so getting one on one time is challenging to say the least
Advice to Senior Management
- spend more time on finding better fitting projects for associates/senior associates based on their skill set and not purely on headcount need

Advice to Senior Management
They are doing a good job of merging PRTM into PwC so far, but still need more time to evaluate the pros and cons
Pros
I pretty liked their company culture. it was very open minded and friendly.
You can also manage your time flexibly upon your schedule
Cons
You need to be at the client's site most of time and are usually going to work over time during Audit season.
Advice to Senior Management
You should try to be passionate and be active in your office or in a client's site. There are many responsibilities as an Auditor.
