Pros

Cons
bad management in india specially in technology and telecom consultancy
Advice to Senior Management
concentrate on retaining good people and removing dead weed
Pros
I pretty liked their company culture. it was very open minded and friendly.
You can also manage your time flexibly upon your schedule
Cons
You need to be at the client's site most of time and are usually going to work over time during Audit season.
Advice to Senior Management
You should try to be passionate and be active in your office or in a client's site. There are many responsibilities as an Auditor.
Pros
You will gain great experience at PwC, they attract a high level of skills, so you will be working with high performers. PwC place great importance on building strong relationships with both clients and within the firm, this is something that they do really well.
Cons
PwC have high expectations of their staff, the clients come first, which can sometimes put pressure on employees to deliver... Work life balance is not the highest priority.
Advice to Senior Management
Staff are your most mportant asset... Remember that they have a life outside of PwC ... Therefore the client can not always come first , we often over promise and the staff have to deliver!
Pros
you will have professional development and career advancement, opportunity to develop leadership skill and more opportunities and greater exposure to many industries.
Cons
You will have to work long hours, spend most of your weekends working. The worklife balance is not very good.
Advice to Senior Management
Improve the worklife balance of the staff. More retention of staffs initiatives and provide more support and opportunities for development.
Pros
PricewaterhouseCoopers is a good work place. The culture of the firm motivates people to work and contribute. People are friend;y and supportive.
Cons
It is quite small. Too many women so the relationships between managers and staff are quite complicated. However it is great place to work.
Advice to Senior Management
Please try to understand the employees and have a higher remunneration package. Have more activities to pull staff closer.
Pros
Wrote a survey for PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a student intern. They were very sastisfied with my achievements and found good use for the results of the survey
Cons
My colleagues were very busy. And my tasks were outside the normal tasks and conducts. Therefor I really had to take initiative to get my job done.
Advice to Senior Management
When hiring student interns, make sure it's only done when the company has the resources to take care of the student.
Pros
Total compensation, key word being total...tremendous amount of paid time off, intelligent colleagues, challenging work, high performance expected, name recognition, firm festivities,.networking
Cons
Sketchy promotions have been known to occur....
Advice to Senior Management
Incorporate honesty Into the HR hiring process for internal candidates. Process takes entirely too long
Pros
The friendly atmosphere and the opportunities for development
Cons
Work is demanding at times
Advice to Senior Management
Keep it up
Pros
Great place to learn. High performance environment. Focus on accelerated skill development in accounting technical skills, client service, team dynamics, etc. Exposure to some of the largest and exciting clients in the valley. You work with several intelligent, highly motivated people.
Cons
Work life balance. But this is expected given the learning curve and high performance environment.
