    I worked at Primaris

    Pros

    - Excellent work culture. Very much like a family.
    - Low turnover rates because of the positive enviornment
    - A lot of freedom in expressing ideas
    - Plenty of support and appreciation

    Cons

    - Perhaps comparatively to other places to work--salary compensation is a bit lower. However it is nonprofit so that it to be expected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep doing what you're doing.

I have been working at Primaris

    Pros

With a mission to improve healthcare services, Primaris is a diversified healthcare consulting firm. It has an employee-friendly HR department and open-communication senior leadership. It is a professional workplace. Everybody tries to excel in what they do. Great benefit package. Value work-life balance. Commitment to social responsibilities.

    Cons

Relatively small in company size, hence less opportunities for advancement. Business life line still relies on CMS QIO contract that cycles every few years. Uncertainty of future business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work. Recruit and retain the brightest talents to develop new lines of business. Reduce dependence on federal contracts.
