Pros – Ongoing training programs, you make your own career path, hires college grads, low turnover, great benefits package, management team has been together for years, great co workers, fun work environment, casual days a lot and all through summer.

Cons – has been some struggles in the last few years due to the mortgage industry, but strong management team has seen it through.

Advice to Senior Management – Yearly increases on regular basis not just when promoted.

Cons – No communication from upper management, working every day on pins and needles.

Advice to Senior Management – You're only as good as those around you.

Pros – Fast turn times for processing and underwriting.

Cons – Upper management is horrible for the retail locations. They place more importance on their broker channel than they do their own internal originators.

Advice to Senior Management – Get out of retail and only support your brokers. Then when all the brokers are gone from the industry, so will you!
