    Pros

The personnel are great. Very professional and very helpful. As a business and finance student, I was able to get my foot in the financial services industry. The company culture is laid back and down to earth. The company has a college like environment and is the leader in technology for the industry.

    Cons

The internship experience I had was too short. There is not enough outreach to colleges and their students for internship programs. Students in business, marketing, and finance could benefit much.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please continue to reach out to college students that need the experience in the industry.

    Pros

Friendly work environment. Ideal for someone who's been in corporate America for a few years now and is ready to become their own boss.

    Cons

If you are not willing to give it your all and have an excellent work ethic and great self discipline, you will not make it. It is a commission only position, but it does have one of the best, if not the best commission structure in the industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the time to take your recruits by the hand and show them what to do. Just because some things come naturally to you, does not mean that is the case for everyone.
