    Pros

Commissions system is great, Easy way to get in the Finance Industry Unlimited Potential to Grow

    Cons

Not that great of an opportunity when you don't know much people(warm market) that can even buy the products. After that if you can recruit and have clients money start rolling in quick!

    Cons

You got to be licesense how do you expect to sell a house without license its a no brainer. Yet in the begining they sponsor you , after you pass all you test you get a check back with the money you spent to get license.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

You have lots of support from both the home office and from your team. As an "agent" you need to understand that you are a contractor on 1099. You are in business so treat it as a business, this is not a social gathering with people you know. This business is built on Knowing the people around you. If you work the process the process will compensate you. I am happy to say that every agent is on multiple streams of 100% commission. Yes you determine your income and yes you have to make sales.

    Cons

If you wan to be a 9 to 5 employee or have the attitude that punches a time clock. Then you should consider you local auto parts or home improvement store, etc.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for caring about the agent and the clients. Always retain your values.

    I worked at Primerica full-time

    Pros

Pros are the many benefits to the client. If you like working with families and proving a service that positions them for future security. Money is good once you are consistent

    Cons

referral based and charge backs on commissions paid in advance when client lapse. Company has to many meetings one must attend making this job extremely time consuming.

    Advice to Management

More training for teams & individuals that is not so time consuming. More support that actually feels genuine. If you have a good agent who is not comfortable in the office they are based out of there should not be a penalty and red tape to relocate offices. Many people walk away from the opportunity due to environment.

I have been working at Primerica full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of investment options for consumers, other broker dealers can't provide the variable annuities we can offer to the consumer even if they work for that company example would be met life. Meaning that they designed the met life product superior to what their own sales force can market/offer!! Great training " based on what office you were trained out of". Great atmosphere in the office. They do a very sophisticated financial needs analysis.

    Cons

Not for the weak. Working independent would be a con for someone that needs that paycheck every two weeks.. Me.. I love working for myself... Basically the cons are they recruit almost anybody, nothing wrong with that... Meet with a good advisor within the company (which there is at least 5000 solid advisors in Primerica) Why recruit? Worst case scenario, they can take control of their own finances my hanging around people that do it for a living.. It just makes sense doesn't it?

    Advice to Management

Some advertising of some degree would be beneficial
