    Really hard to negotiate a higher hourly rate

    I have been working at Primus as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

    I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Peoplesoft LMS. We have stayed true to the project plan and accomplished a great deal.

    Cons

    I wish it was a Full Time position - not a contract position.

    Primus is like garden to flourish and explore in every kind of situation and season because of it's proper nurturing to all human forces.

    You can not loose your focus and there are very good mentors for your help anytime.

    Innovative company, good people, always willing to give you more responsibility to prove yourself. Fast paced and always interesting work.

    Cons

    Sometimes getting overloaded with work come under pressure situations, benefits was poor, training and qualification opportunities limited, Rewards for doing extra hours not forth coming

    Good leadership, too much micro management, give staff some room to do their jobs responsibily, have confidence in your employees and enjoy lige.
