    Pros

9/80 days are a great benefit. company has a history of stable employment. Cruise benefits are a plus as well.

    Cons

Pay can be limiting. Location is far suburb in Santa Clarita. Can be difficult to move up, not enough mobility.

    Advice to Management

Need to find a way to discern between staff who are working hard to add value and others who are "floating."
