Pros – The best customer service experience I have ever given or received, both shoreside and aboard ship.
Cons – Due to their massive budget cuts and reorganizing many employees were laid off and unfortunately thier previously terrific customer service has suffered.
Advice to Senior Management – Get your act together. Your current employees are overworked and your moral is extremely low. You need to take better care of your current employees. They are all afraid of losing their jobs.
