Pros – Comprehensive outsourcing services; entire Project Management or Software organizations or individual staff augmentation. "Get it Great" attitude.
Cons – Lot of business; could benefit from more consultants who are IT industry veterans who can design and execute PMO or delivery organizations for clients.
Pros – Most employees are working hard and friendly.
Cons – The company is mismanaged by the senior management which deceives the employees. The employees are being treated horribly. The management has no courage to take the responsibilities and they are playing the blame game. There is no flexibility at workplace. CEO is watching the door who is coming and who is leaving at what time. If you are late for one minute, you will be labeled as a lazy worker. Work hour is very long (8am to 6pm). CEO is very incompetent and he retaliates the employees. Turnover rate is over 50%. More than half of the current employees at PCR are searching for new jobs.
