Generally interested in being flexible about work hours.

Leadership lacks tact and vision in what they want to do. Pay is mediocre.

    Advice to Management

Leadership needs to have a clear and concise plan for branding the company and leading its personnel.

  2. do not work here,!!!!!! very hostile environment just like going back to highschool

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Pro Med Healthcare Services full-time (More than a year)

besides the rest of the clinic if you get you put it aside you can built good patient relationships making kids want to return and help them not just with their teeth but in their lives alkot of the patints seen here have rough lives, foster children, waiting to get adopted parents on drugs or barely care so you can be that one person to touch their life and care

management poorly organized, high turn over rate with staff (doctors and assistants) too much happen under the nose of the management because people are either intimidated not to say anything in fear for there job or it is pointless to say anything because no type od disapline or change happens some people are allowed to get away with murder and some are targeted because of what ever reason they choose and right now that main problem in the clinic is one main doctor as long as she is there people will continue to leave and the pettiness will continue

    Advice to Management

listen to your staff more meet with them on a more individual basis on suggestions and what is going on in the clinic between staff
