    Pros

The best part of working for ProMedica is knowing that they are more than just a place to work. They care about the end customers, their patients but that level of care is just as evident for their concern for their employees. There is no doubt you will walk the halls and be greeted by friendly, assistance oriented and happy employees. It leaves you with a feeling of pride to work for ProMedica knowing that they take great care to be responsible to patient, employee and community.

    Cons

I don't believe there are really any cons that I could report except when it comes to political red tape. We all know that laws and regulations guide the operation of the hospitals and that sometimes goes against what we want to see such as the price of health care going up, the loss of revenue for non-paying customers but of course this cannot be avoided and is most understandable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would say to management that ProMedica employees some really good talent and that talent could be used more, possibly, to advance the directives of the hospital but I think right now in the time of reconstruction and reorganization happening that great care should be taken to the effect on the employees which can affect the care of patients.
