    Pros

    The pros of ProMedica is how they treat there patients, clients, and workers. I have received so much respect when I had worked in their AP department.

    Cons

    I believe there aren't really that many cons to working for ProMedica. You create the environment you work in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I believe that you look forward and seek to network with those around you. ProMedica opens those doors not just in the medical side but also in the management level.

    I worked at ProMedica full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    I had a lot of opportunity for various experiences and projects, my supervisor was amazing and I felt like my department really cared about me.

    Cons

    The pay wasn't great; it's a non-profit health system, so at the lower level I supposed that's to to expected.

    Pros

    Friendly people. Nice quiet environment. Very supportative people. Provides opportunities to engage in programs that help develop people skills. Opens up more opportunities.

    Cons

    Nothing found about company that makes a company boring workplace. Office culture is good too, so really do not have anything to say against the company.

    Small facility, Great Pay, Unions, Great Co-workers, Modern landscaping, Great Bosses, management always there for open communication! Education tuition reembursement.

    Cons

    Older Surgical rooms, small facility, few docs, few raises because we're paid well.

    Pros

    Pays more then Mercy Health Partners the insurance is alot better and they treat there employees with respect

    Cons

    at the time i worked there we could only work 8 hour days i wanted 12 hour days for my area

    - Employee recognition
    - Great pay and benefits
    - Enviable organizational culture
    - Subisidized cafteria
    - Great physicians and research department

    Cons

    - Boring in a way. Everything goes a little slower than the standard.
    - Demographics incline towards an older crowd predominantly.

    Compensation is on the low side compared to area job market, Shift differential (for night shift) is awful

    Pros

    I was a marketing intern there over the summer, and they always had useful, hands on activities and projects for me to work on. Everyone was very friendly and worked like a team.

    Cons

    It was an unpaid internship.
