good for part time work, good salary for unlearned workers, meet people that might help for future employments in that field

Cons

sometimes terrible working hours, untransparent from management side for changes in the company, seems like theres no hirarchy but there's one. extensions fpr contract come very late

be more transparent for all the employees not only for those in higher positions. send new contracts earlier to let employees know they will have a job in the next month
