I worked at ProSites
Pros – Prosites is a great growing company with a good corporate atmosphere. There is room for growth and overall thrives in its' industry
Cons – Wages and benefits are fairly low compared to similar job titles found elsewhere, company is experiencing growing pains as they evolve into a larger company.
Advice to Senior Management – This was one of the best places I had ever worked at, but is lacking on many levels as far as wages go. Consider raising monthly premiums slightly to new clients to cover slightly higher wages and invest in extensive training for stable future growth.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Pros – great location in smaller city. Easy to travel back and forth to work. The clients were a pleasure to work with.
Cons – management didn't value different departments equally creating a divided office environment
Advice to Senior Management – begin implementing the 3 strikes you are out policy. Ignoring negative personalities/conflicts opens the door for excellent employees to search for other employment.
