Advice to Senior Management – Put together some systems that will better unify how things are done from one department to the next, and start by asking the employees what they need to better do their jobs.

Cons – Lack of vision from senior management, no dedicated resources for marketing/advertising, need more ammunition from offshore team to generate leads. Sales people work in silos and lack transparency, no effective or efficient process in place to enter sales activities in the CRM tool.
Advice to Senior Management – Set a 5-10yr vision and start building the infrastucture and resources to achieve the vision. The vision has to be communicated to every employee in the company so they understand their roles and responsibilities and contribute to the vision. New employees should be given a formal induction and be associated to a peer to come up to speed.
