    Pros

    A very good fulfillment company

    Cons

Puts very little effort in growing their employees. They only do the minim that is required for manufacture certifications.

    Advice to Management

Go back to involving your employees, so they have a stake in the company

    Pros

A credible company within its industry. Peosys pays above average for somilare work. There is oppoertunity to grow within a carreer

    Cons

The downside to Prosys is it is managed solely on performance at this point in time. There is very little nurturing of emplolyees or the intangibles of a great place to work

    Advice to Management

communicate more with employees and create much more transparency of mission to the company

    Pros

There is a lot of flexibility at Prosys.
    Telecommuting is not frowned upon.
They do pay for training and education as long as it's related to your position.

    Cons

Recently purchased by Pivot Investment group and a result of that have resulted in a lot of layoffs. Seems like all they care about now is maintaining a certain amount of profit and if they don't reach it they lay off people to reach it. Prosys was privately owned and took care of their employees but now it’s very political.

    Advice to Management

Prosys needs to go back to treating their employees right if they plan to keep on succeeding in the future. Or they will lose all of their good employees.

    Pros

During my tenure at ProSys, the engineering and sales teams consisted of solid individuals who were reliable. The hours were very flexible and the benefits weren't bad.

    Cons

A rather selfish VP ruined it for everybody Nashville in 2009, and people started jumping ship. The replacement managers were puppets without a vision, and it was very clear that the company wasn't going to be going anywhere worth going.

    Advice to Management

Unify the company across the regions, and standardize on methodologies

  7. Great Potential, but Needs Streamlined Processes

    Pros

Technical and pre-sales engineering, breadth of procurement capability, experienced Account Manager support of Account Executives, ownership stake by PIVOT should help the company with strategic direction

    Cons

Turnover of engineers, disorganized processes, new Account Executives compensation is low if not bringing a current book of business to company, over promise and under deliver on capability

    Advice to Management

Retaining superior engineering talent is crucial to differentiate ProSys capability from competitors in an ultra competitive VAR industry.
