    Rotten Management

    Accounts (Current Employee) Sunrise, FL

    Pros* Great Client Base
    * Lots to learn from

    Cons* Rotten management
    * All activities based on owners whims

I joined the company because of the rosy picture the CEO painted. I was told how great the company was, how advancement opportunities were abundant and how progressive they were. Not even close. The interview process took close to 3-4 months with repetitive questions and a team of interviewers who seemed to be pulled in more as an afterthought. Most of the team is talented but there are a few who shouldn't be there. Most of the customers are great but are frequently lied to.

The Executive staff is a big disappointment. The CEO and and CTO are co-owners and the founders, and also the company's biggest liability. They like to call the shots, and remind you of it every opportunity they get. They prefer to micro manage, change directions frequently and pretty much upset all the activities because they can't stick to a plan. There is definitely a power struggle between the two owners and they contradict each other constantly. Between the two the CTO is worse. Snide gender specific remarks, verbal threats
and sabotaging ongoing activities are common for him. But hey, they feed you every Friday so who cares if HR is non-existent?

Advice to Senior ManagementLet your staff do their work. Your VP's have more experience and skills than you. Stop hiring new people in the hopes it will solve your poor management.

    Customer Services (Current Employee)

ProsGood client base, exposure to different industries

ConsStressful workplace, management disrespectful of employee time, favouritism, no adoption of new technology, no career advancement

Advice to Senior ManagementInternal disagreement between management causes wasted time. Unplanned meetings occur daily at any time of day or night. No attention is given to quality of work or setting processes. Job requirements change based on management mood. Employees are expected to put aside their family and personal life because owners expectations of work at all the time. No advancement opportunities. Unprofessional behaviour from owners all the time.

    Pathetic People Management

Product Development (Former Employee) Hyderābād (India)

    ProsDecent Pay...
    Decent Business
    Good people except top management

    Cons1) CEO is not strategic
    2) Everything is owned and done by CEO...including HR activities, Website Design, Webinar...basically everything related to non-strategic...
    3) HR Powerless and again its the CEO who decides
    4) No one can argue with the CEO....no one has even the guts to take it up....
    5) Culture...bad...management biased....being a "yesman" is appreciated much more than skills
    6) As long as they are getting decent business....they really WILL never care about people

Advice to Senior Management1) Have your OWN views and have guts to take it up to the CEO
    2) Decentralize the decision making power

Projects are available, great client base, poor management.

    (Current Employee) Bhubaneswar (India)

ProsGood for anyone willing to work on Microsoft Technologies. Good growth annually and also great client base. Annual hike in salary is great. Learning opportunities are good.

ConsThe management team and HRs are not upto the mark. Partiality and favoritism exists which makes working environment depressing. Not good for freshers looking to go for higher studies simultaneously doing the job.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't completely believe what your junior employees tell you, you should look into & investigate matters yourself too. Managers should be "people oriented" too. Appraisal should be given based on the individual's performance and not due to favoritism.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
