    Pros

    Good clients, ability to travel

    Cons

    Micro managers, pay not even close to industry standards, long hours. Owners are more interested in making the company seem to be competitive but the truth is that employees are overworked and underpaid. Don't be fooled by the other reviews. They've obviously been put there by the owners and partners. Blatant disregard for clients. They are sold features which do not exist in the software and have to deal with the excuses once they sign the contract.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay your employees what they are worth. You're not fooling anyone by lying to your customers.

    Pros

    "Flexible timings, WFH allowed, Very challenging work and satisfying job profile.
    Great for driven candidates who make to make difference to company on their own. It is understaffed, indirectly means job is somewhat secured. Very open leadership and fail & pick up culture which is great for learners."

    Cons

    "Occasionally work is swamped. Very busy work and lot of under staffing.
    Process can be somewhat better and sever lack of documentation in few cases.
    Lacking motivators from management can be problem since work is more self driven."

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    "Improve processes within company. Strive for better documentation.
    Motivate your direct reports as they are pushing very hard to tame the technological beast."

    Pros

    The company is comprised of intelligent people that are all driven to succeed. This is not surprising coming from a successful tech company.

    Cons

    The cons of the company are that sometimes the shifts have more people than necessary. For example, it is not required that a large number of people be present on the tech floor.

    Pros

    Good team members, engaging clients and strong product.

    Cons

    Long hours, no proper change management, inability for management to keep their promises to clients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't over-promise and under-deliver. Your clients see through empty assurances. Stick to the plan and stop making unscheduled changes in the hope that it will pacify them. Nurture the talent which you have. Once you lose it, it won't come back.

    I have been working at ProcessMAP full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    * Great Client Base
    * Lots to learn from

    Cons

    * Rotten management
    * All activities based on owners whims

    I joined the company because of the rosy picture the CEO painted. I was told how great the company was, how advancement opportunities were abundant and how progressive they were. Not even close. The interview process took close to 3-4 months with repetitive questions and a team of interviewers who seemed to be pulled in more as an afterthought. Most of the team is talented but there are a few who shouldn't be there. Most of the customers are great but are frequently lied to.

    The Executive staff is a big disappointment. The CEO and and CTO are co-owners and the founders, and also the company's biggest liability. They like to call the shots, and remind you of it every opportunity they get. They prefer to micro manage, change directions frequently and pretty much upset all the activities because they can't stick to a plan. There is definitely a power struggle between the two owners and they contradict each other constantly. Between the two the CTO is worse. Snide gender specific remarks, verbal threats
     and sabotaging ongoing activities are common for him. But hey, they feed you every Friday so who cares if HR is non-existent?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Let your staff do their work. Your VP's have more experience and skills than you. Stop hiring new people in the hopes it will solve your poor management.

    I have been working at ProcessMAP full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good client base, exposure to different industries

    Cons

    Stressful workplace, management disrespectful of employee time, favouritism, no adoption of new technology, no career advancement

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Internal disagreement between management causes wasted time. Unplanned meetings occur daily at any time of day or night. No attention is given to quality of work or setting processes. Job requirements change based on management mood. Employees are expected to put aside their family and personal life because owners expectations of work at all the time. No advancement opportunities. Unprofessional behaviour from owners all the time.
