I have been working at Procom full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

There are real opportunities here, engaging and interesting industry, flexible work hours, 3 weeks vacation to start with an extra week after the first year, work from home option available once a month.
Compensation can surprise you- competitive salary, solid commission with bonuses and a supportive environment overall. If you do the bare minimum it wont necessarily pay off, but work hard and have the right personality and attitude and you can go far.

    Cons

Can be stressful at times and promotions can take time, that being said there are ways to make your own opportunities.

I worked at Procom full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Given that there was minimal training I believe being thrown into the fire was an experience that was challenging and rewarding (when successful).

    Cons

    Management
    Too much gossip
    Too much politics
Accounting team dictates the success of administrative employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No comment as I don't believe it would be taken seriously.

I have been working at Procom full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

They take care of their employees - I've seen several examples of financial support above LTD insurance or other benefits when employees are in need. They support charities, are flexible with hours, believe in family first, etc. They pay well, good perks to the job.

The office I work in has a close-knit team, most of whom have been here for 5 or more years which says a lot.

    Cons

Some of the company procedures are not the same in every office, so it's a bit of a pain if you are working with another office on a multi-site hire, but they are working on better communication and policies which should help.

I worked at Procom full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

entrepreneurial environment, some comraderie and some nice people. Fair policies and benefits. Compensation was always on the lighter side.

    Cons

Highly political environment where it's survival of the fittest, lots of backstabbing. Lack of long term vision and delegation of responsibilities to experts. Unrealistic expectations of deadlines. lack of structure and mentorship

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire professionals, not only friends. Then take their advice.

I have been working at Procom as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

    nothing at all they suck

    Cons

very poor management, poor communication. they try to screw you over at every opportunity they get. during the 3rd week of work I was expecting a paycheque for 2 weeks but no they only have me 1 week and said this was policy .. what a bunch of BS

submitted banking details 2 months ago for direct deposit and received a reply saying it was received. payday came and I never got paid. upon contacting them they said they mailed a cheque. and again none of this was communicated to me until I had to call them and chase them down for answers
