    Pros

Real responsibility from day one. Good trainings, new challenges every week, good work life balance, compensation and benefits.

    Cons

Your progress depends highly on your manager. In case your manager is not motivated to sign the team up for new projects you will find it hard to get noticed.
Once they hire you it is hard to get fired, Even though someone's incompetence is clearly visible. In these cases managers rather try to get a new assignment for the employee at an other department then act.

    Advice to Management

Change the system in a way, that not your whole career depends on one manager.
Don't be so soft handed. In case of serious mismanagement don't be afraid to fire someone.

    Pros

Quality of people is awesome at Procter and Gamble. You work with people who could be your friends and from whom you may learn every week.

    Cons

Level of stress can be high sometimes; work-life balance usually suffers as a result - the root cause is usually that workload could be higher vs. competitive companies.

    Pros

You are responsible for your own project
you have a mentor who helps you get settled and with advices during your work
you have to present and get feedback about your work to top local management
after a successful internship you get a job offer

    Cons

the program is quite a stress test
you might feel lost at the beginning
but after you got used to the idea, that you are responsible for your project and find the people in the company who can help you with information and insight it will be fun

    Pros

I joined as an A&T (admins&technicians) so my review is from that PoV.
    - Real responsibility from day 1
    - Great learning opportunities at all levels, at all assignments.
    - Smart people to work with
    - You can peak into lot of areas
    - Some outstanding low and mid managers both in people management skills and in business/technical knowledge

    Cons

    - Work/life balance is close to be non-existent
    - as an A&T, 'looking out of the box' is hard due to the workload in one concentrated area
    - starting salary below the regional average for the job, it gets better if you get your raises the way they promised (much dependent on your manager)
    - promotions depend too much on your immediate manager - so your salary path can become quite flat
    - there's a 'glass ceiling' between the managers and the A&Ts, getting promoted to manager level takes at least 5 years regardless of your talent or abilities, yet you can have a fresh graduate with zero experience and Supply Network knowledge presented as your next manager - or worse, you can get one from a completely different area with zero former experience/studies in the field of SN. SN managers are rarely promoted from within.
    - limited number of interesting A&T jobs to choose from for rotation
    - usually way understaffed, driving a tremendous number of overtime hours, uncompensated but required, which leads to big fluctuation

    Advice to Management

Create real 'fast track' career path for A&Ts as well and help the selected ones grow.

    Pros

The people are amazing, the trainings are very interesting, and overall you work on strong brands with market leadership and have a strong budget to really execute great campaigns.

    Cons

It is a huge company so things move slower than you would like sometimes, which is evident by the number of processes and procedures that are involved in running the day to day business. Overall great people with great ideas, but sometimes things just don't get done the way you would have wished because of a lot of barriers involved in working in a giant of a company.

    Advice to Management

Be more in touch with the frustrations of the "soldiers" who are executing the plans, as they have the true insight of what's going on in the markets, what is happening with the customers/consumers, etc.

    Pros

    Great for a fresh graduate
Very good reputation - looks great in your CV

    Cons

Almost all initiatives given from the center, no opportunity to be creative just to execute
Some people are really pushy and they are those who get promoted
Very multinational company culture = brainwashing from the first moment
Good washing powder company but poor focus on other products
Trainings consume a lot of time without any bigger value added

    Advice to Management

Take more care of who you promote
    Better trainings

    - strong learning curve and great exposure to a lot of responsibility from day 1
    - mostly smart people from whom it's easy to learn
    - strong, nurtured culture and history/tradition

    Cons

    - politics (and there is more every day)
    - direct manager can impact one's career to too big of an extent
    - shady and political rating session

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent about expectations, grading and promotions.
