Advice to Senior Management
You should encourage more switching among functions. Although P&G has a heavy cross-functional team culture, many people still lack knowledge of consumers and business in general. Also it is important to encourage having assignments in different regions. These two things will enrich P&G multicultural and diverse perspective.
