Pros – Stable work environment, great retirement package, decent benefits, decent pay.
Cons – Little diversity, not in ethnicity, but in thought process; all engineers in roles as management in Product Supply
Advice to Senior Management – Reevaluate how salaries are determined. If you really think that the People are the life blood of P&G and that you want to attract and retain the best, don't reduce raises and pay curves based on how the "peer group" is doing. Continue doing that, and people will start looking elsewhere
