Pros
Empowerment to own your work and given autonomy and responsibilities right off the bat.
Cons
The slow turnaround time to launch a product given the sometimes multiple levels and processes. And the company inability to take huge risks at times.

Embrace change and at times go with your gut as opposed to numbers.

Constant focus on Walmart is demoralizing to the rest of the company and accounts.

Liked people I worked with and felt that they honored union rules

This department was eliminated and trying to adapt to difficult job market to get new job.

Perhaps create transition programs when departments have ceased to exist.
