    Pros

Great colleagues (quite a few of them), great examples of perfect strategies and executions.

    Cons

A lot of bad stuff too: managers trying to hide their backs (here should be another word, but GD does not allow :)), liying and neglecting what they have just said. HR was awful.

    Advice to Management

If you want your team to be strong and professional, you have to treat it as strong and professionsal. Openness and trust was what I personally had a lack of (rumors spread anyways). And I'd put more attantion to hiring. When you hire formally, there is no way to build a great organisation.

    Pros

Extremely good trainings; you can easily get along with everybody as the majority are quite young and positevely ambitious; salary growth is quite rapid; career path is generally planned for a long period ahead. In general, the company is far ahead of the majority of competitors in terms of business processess and practices.

    Cons

You may feel a bit of conservation while working there; the promotion is not always given to those who probably deserves it most but generally the rules are clear. Work / life balance is not always the case but if you are eager for work you will get the reward

    Pros

Values, people, business processes are at great level. There are a lot of responsibility you have from early stages of your career. That is great.

    Cons

I see no cons in working on this company despite my desire was to become a soccer player. However if there were more sport activities in the company I would be more satisfied.
