    There are high levels of respect for staff and their views; managers empower staff to deal with matters and give adequate accountability.

    I have been working at Procter & Gamble (Less than a year)

    Pros

    It is a large company, and they really do a lot to nurture their permanent staff. They encourage staff to take full ownership of the responsibilities they hold - which is really great.

    Cons

    There are 2 different offices in P&G, and moving from one to the other might be tricky and challenging.

    Pros

    P&G is generally a good place to work. Management listens to the feedback from all levels, and the corporate culture is quite healthy.

    Cons

    P&G is not very vertically integrated. Too much deliberation, and too little action. Many managers are unwilling (or are not empowered) to make decisions.

    Advice to Management

    Great job listening to employees, now please empower them!

    Good company with very comprehensive training program and system to enable the people quick start and growing fast. Promote within to provide more opportunities to internal people.
