I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The culture is really inspiring. The environment is built to make the people feel that this company is their second home. You are not only building professional relationship here, but also building friendship that will last for a very long time.
This is also a company with intense focus on family-oriented culture. You can easily understand that this is a company that is really worth to invest for a long-term career.

    Cons

If you are young and have a very strong ambition, this is not a place that is fit for you. You cannot grow super fast here, even though some people you meet will tell you that you can, but if you compare to other top companies that grow young talents, this company is still lack behind.
The compensation and benefit are also not on the top notch, and as more and more the cost saving pressure has changed the organization to be more conservative in giving those to the employees.
You should consider not to join if what you need is a 'sprint' career instead of a 'marathon' career. This company won't work for you as you won't work for this company.

    Pros

Its a great exposure working in this company. With this company I was able accumulate working experience in many Asian regions and worked with the smartest people from top schools.

    Cons

This is a place where internal networking is necessary to get ahead. Work objectives is mostly driven by directions set by business leaders, they may not be the most innovative or competitive solution to win in marketplace.

I had a few assignments in Beauty category and business strategies are almost quite similar or almost repeated from brand to brand.

Former Employee - Beauty Consultant in Singapore (Singapore)

I worked at Procter & Gamble full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The money is good if you work hard, not really very stressful and tiring. Get to know more about beauty products.

    Cons

Too much politics, People who works there usually with lower education, feels like secondary school. A lot of under table things going on which either the management close one eyes or do not know. Those activities can potentially harm the business of SK-II.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please try to be more good at your job and know what is going on with your staffs before its too late. Bulk purchase is happening in SK-II and at some big counter. The amount of the Bulk purchase is big ( like very big) , this could potentially harm your sales amount. Do not trust what you see on the surface.
