    Pros

From ownership through the entire management team, this organization was about teaching, guiding improving and always improving the quality and reach of home healthcare and hospice services. It would be tough to find a more fair, equitable, honorable or exemplary corporation than this one. If my husband had not transferred, I would be honored to still work for them and if I could bring them out West I would. I've never worked for such an excellent and truy professional organization as this one. ALl companies should follow their example!

    Cons

No cons with the company. My territory was difficult because of the changes in the healthcare system but the company was always supportive, helpful and as good as any could possibly be!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. I would not change a t career experience!hing. Thank you for a most exemplary

    Pros

I can't think of a single good thing. It was a complete waste of time working there

    Cons

Pay, poorly ran, providers being blamed for patient getting sicker...it was awful

    Advice to Management

Get a backbone when dealing with corporate. Take up for your providers more. Stop letting them get blamed for everything. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves

    Pros

Opportunity for growth. A culture of quality and caring for patients. A positive culture of respect in the office. Good communications about what's going on in the company; for example, when the compensation methods were changed recently, management came out and met with staff in the field to explain the changes and why they had been made. They listened to staff concerns, and made some modifications in the program. Executives at a larger company wouldn't do that.

    Cons

The company's processes need to mature, especially to provide the infrastructure needed for growth. Processes are getting better, but there is still definitely room for improvement. The benefits are OK, but some things to help employees secure their future (e.g., 401K matching, life insurance, disability) need improvement.

    Advice to Management

Keep the family feeling in the company even as the company grows. Get out, meet the staff.
