    Pros

Flexible work environment. Good working environment. Company was growing fast.

    Cons

Salary for some positions were not at market value. The board was like an old boys clubs. They mentioned all the funding they were getting but wouldn't be shared among the lower level employees. Corporate benefits are not the same for store employees.

I have been working at Progreso Financiero full-time

    Pros

Exciting five year old start up with experiencing EXPLOSIVE growth and unlimited potential. Very smart, young, and hardworking employees. Incredible mission helping unbanked and underbanked Latinos in America.

    Cons

Experiencing typical growing pains of a company expanding very quickly, Decent compensation package but can be more attractive in order to compete with traditional financial services companies. Work life balance non-existent, but this is typical of start up companies in silicon valley.
Need to hire more people and pay a competitive wage to employees working in the stores.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep pushing forward and do not forget the mission along the way! Remember to HAVE FUN and make work a place that is enjoyable. There are many companies within a 10 mile radius from Headquarters that are hiring the same people that you are employing, so you always have to be thinking of ways to keep employees engaged, motivated, and excited about coming to work!
