    Pros

People are so nice in the company and very friendly environment. Very good and helpful team. I really enjoyed working in the QA Team. Even when there's work pressure sometimes, I saw people don't carry it because of the environment and people around. Very helpful and understanding Manager indeed.

    Cons

Salary is little less compared to bay area standard.

    Pros

Laudable social mission, though sometimes focused on profits over customers/employees

    Cons

Small, growing company gives inept managers too much power and responsibility. Starting to clean up the company, but there's still a lot of work to be done. Currently, employees are overworked and underpaid, employee growth is stunted and turnover is high.

    Pros

Flexible work environment. Good working environment. Company was growing fast.

    Cons

Salary for some positions were not at market value. The board was like an old boys clubs. They mentioned all the funding they were getting but wouldn't be shared among the lower level employees. Corporate benefits are not the same for store employees.

    Pros

Exciting five year old start up with experiencing EXPLOSIVE growth and unlimited potential. Very smart, young, and hardworking employees. Incredible mission helping unbanked and underbanked Latinos in America.

    Cons

Experiencing typical growing pains of a company expanding very quickly, Decent compensation package but can be more attractive in order to compete with traditional financial services companies. Work life balance non-existent, but this is typical of start up companies in silicon valley.
Need to hire more people and pay a competitive wage to employees working in the stores.

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing forward and do not forget the mission along the way! Remember to HAVE FUN and make work a place that is enjoyable. There are many companies within a 10 mile radius from Headquarters that are hiring the same people that you are employing, so you always have to be thinking of ways to keep employees engaged, motivated, and excited about coming to work!
