Pros
Everyone I worked with was smart and easy to be around. I was treated well and fairly. Plus, the facilities were nice.
Cons
I disliked cleveland. This was the biggest downer about the corporation. While the cost of living was low, I didn't want to live there.
Advice to Senior Management
I don't have any advice for the management. my manager was awesome.
