    Pros

    - Great people (at least when I was there)
    - good benefits
    - quite a bit of vacation time
    - profit share in the end of year

    Cons

    - stressful job

    - many who make management don't last

    Advice to Management

Mid level management: there's better jobs out there for you
Upper management: there's better jobs out there for your staff
