    Pros

work load is pretty low, no need for stretching work hours

    Cons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great people, low salary and no growth

Former Employee - Project Manager in London, England (UK)

I worked at Progressive Media Group full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The team is really good and very helpful. There were times when we have stayed up late to help others in the team with any glitches and you get to learn a lot and get more responsibility

    Cons

Does not translate into better salary and company does not invest in their employers in any way and follows archaic processes

  3.

Better to be without a job than joining this company. This company & all its sister concerns are world's worst place 2 B

    Pros

You end up making good friends, nothing more. I don't think we join any company just to make friends

    Cons

    List is long:
    1) Management sucks. Your immediate boss (APM or PM) is not even aware of what you are doing and just sets targets which are beyond human capacity. you end up working 24 hours.
    2) politics at its full. You need to crush people to move up in the ladder.
    3) Gives a feeling like a BPO and not a research company / KPO.
    4) HR and its policies sucks.
    5) For fresher's, it's a place where they can easily get converted into machines from human being. Targets are on from the first day.
    6) Job stability is not there at all. They start a process and close it every quarter. I and my entire team moved to three different process in a period of a year.
    7) I don't even want to talk about compensation for the obvious reasons.
    8) What more you can talk about an organization whose COO is sacked on the grounds of financial scam.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They don't listen to their employee why do they care of those who already left.

I have been working at Progressive Media Group full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good learning environment for someone willing to explore opportunities in research domain.

Good team members to associate with who help at every step to excel

As a beginner you would learn a lot about team management, people management, on-time project delivery, and handling the pressure.

    Cons

Growth is quite stagnant after certain point of time as the environment is quite flat.

Managers tend to exploit the resources up to the brim to get the tasks done.

Unrealistic targets that exert unwanted pressure and in turn disturb work-life balance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should be a bit flexible and set the SMART objectives (which they call as strategic, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound, which otherwise is not et-al true) objectives not WEIRD.

I have been working at Progressive Media Group full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    9-6 job
    comfortable work environment
no unusual expectations from managers and seniors
    targets are generally achievable
managers and team leads are generally co-operative with few exceptions
nice company if you are looking only for work life balance

    Cons

Salary growth is slow and below industry standard
    limited career opportunities
work will be acknowledged but rewards will never reach you
promotions and hikes are difficult - no budget for employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please remember you are also an employee...dictator ship is not at all tolerable in corporate world
Treat other employees with respect and dignity and do not show your bossy attitude
To address employees do not wait for annual day......address them as frequently as possible for any policy change and business development.
Power is very much centralized in one hand - which is harmful to the organization
Decentralize and delegate the powers according to the position and ranks

Please make policies which are beneficial for long term.........do not always look for short term gains.
