I worked at Progressive Recruitment full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Fun environment, good benefits, some good people, good training

    Cons

Most other things, selective environment for the favourites to prosper and the rest to crash

I worked at Progressive Recruitment (less than a year)

    Pros

Fun employees to work with, full of energy. Good training.

    Cons

50 - 60 hr weeks, very very low base pay. Some great managers, but some really really really bad ones. You will either succeed or be dropped like dead wood quickly. I was there one year and only a few were earning decent money, with promises of gold and deliverance of dirt and bullying as a culture.

Probably the Worst Recruitment Company in the UK

    I worked at Progressive Recruitment

    Pros

If there was anything good to say, I would tell you. There isn't.

    Cons

They always paid me late and they always underpaid, it was then the a fight over the telephone to get my money paid into my bank. They always had many excuses for the reason I was underpaid, but I was never overpaid - strange that...........

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Resign

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
