    Pros

The company promotes a fun atmosphere and does what it can do to help the employees feel welcomed. A lot of growth currently in the company so good chances for promotions and management roles.

    Cons

The job can be fatiguing dealing with customers on a non-stop basis. The job can become boring so it's always good to make friends with those around you to get through the days.

I have been working at Progrexion Marketing full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

It's a sales job, so you are in complete control of how much money you want to make. Fairly flexible with schedules which made it easy to go to school and go work and make decent pay. You working for a legitimate Law Firm which makes it easy to sell the product. Excellent sales force that focuses on the client rather than the numbers. Great learning experience.

    Cons

Multiple factors that can sway and ruin paycheck. It's a call-center...simply put. Because it is a fairly simple or standard product, your work is extremely redundant which can be quite mentally draining. Again, it's a call center.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Channel money to the employees rather than spending it on useless items like an xbox for the break room that nobody plays.

    Pros

There is a really good work/home balance, and there is potential to make pretty good money especially if this is your first "real" job out of school. Probably one of the better call centers in the industry.

    Cons

Although there is upward mobility, chances sometimes those open spots go to very young, unexperienced agents leaving a lack of leadership within the teams. There also needs to be more communication about new policies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Overall good place to work, but everybody - regardless of location needs to be kept in the loop.

    Pros

The hours were great and the training that they give is very helpful. They really try to focus on the individual needs of their employees.

    Cons

The only real issue within the company was it's considerable growth. The company was growing and making changes so quickly that you felt a little at a loss when trying to understand the changes happening and how to cope. Other than that your performance was dependent on how you accepted help and criticism.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure that people are kept in the know. Also, try to make changes and expectations clear when things are switched.

    Pros

The money. Its an awesome job for someone working through college or wanting to gain some sales experience. The sales come easy and you get rewarded for your work.

    Cons

The communication between offices is horrendous. I've tried many times to transfer locations and have been treated as someone who doesn't even work at Progrexion when I get to the new office.

    Pros

Get in the right department and you can make bank, if you get stuck in outbound, good luck making more than $10 an hour. No matter what they tell you during the interview about how much you can make, very few people in outbound make commission

    Cons

The company started great but they are starting to micro manage EVERYTHING. They are also adding so many new people every week that leads are getting spread thin and also becoming lower in quality so it is becoming harder to make any sales. They will penalize you for saying things to clients that you didn't even know you couldn't say.. I don't mean profanity or lies.. I mean something as simple as using the wrong word. They do not train you on every single thing that you can not say and WILL write you up for it... Do it enough and they will fire you. Many people will even take a pay cut to get in to management just to get off the phone and not deal with the micro managing.
