    Fabulous Team Environment

    Recruiter (Former Employee)
    Columbus, OH

ProsEveryone, including upper management, is willing to pitch in, roll up there sleeves and get the job done! Never felt "beneath" beneath anyone and always felt my efforts were appreciated.

ConsPay wasn't so hot considering the amount of work that needed to be done.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

No communication, don't care about employees in Washington

    Warehouse Worker (Former Employee)
    Sumner, WA

ProsThis company used to be IMS. They were great! The Manager, recruiter, supervisors really cared about the employees and the jobs. Prologistx took over and changed the culture.

ConsPrologistix took over and changed things. The IMS manager/recruiters aren't there anymore now there's pay issues, job information issues, communication issues. The new staff do not know warehouse, New manager is never around, she promised extra bonuses to employees that reached a goal she set and never gave them out. A lot of employees from IMS left when prologistix changed the office staff because they were the only people that cared about the employees and made sure issues were taken care of.

Advice to Senior ManagementCare about the employees. Make sure the managers, recruiters, supervisors know warehouse and logistics if you want to call yourself PROlogistix.
Talk to the employees working hard in the warehouse. Give out the bonuses your manager promised.

Advice to Senior Managementafter you work over three months on a job that 15 to 20 people get fired or walk off a week. an employee should have the option to work somewhere else without question.

    Reviewing Prologistix (a Temp company)

    Lift Operator (Former Employee)
    DeKalb, IL

ProsPrologistix offers almost instant job placement, if you can pass a drug test. A very easy going interview process-no really stressful questions. They just fill you in on what the job is and then ask you if you can do it. Then several tests to test cognitive ability.

ConsThere is little contact with anyone from Prologistix after placement with contractor. High co-pay for absolute minimal insurance. This is the first time I've used a temp service.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

ConsYour workers should not know you have a personal friend ship with the employer you are trying to get to hire you.
