    I worked at Pronto Restaurant full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    complete autonomy, created staff development.

    Cons

    recognition/rewards system excluded some. no pay increases for menu expansion and sales increase.

    Have a weekly meeting to all be on the same page.

    Pros

    Management received a House account to the restaurant.

    Cons

    The three owners were never homogenous.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep up with the monthly management meetings, maybe increase to weekly/bi weekly frequency.
