    At the time it was a paycheck.

    Cons

    Low pay. Bonuses taken away, then owner hides new 2010 ZR1 Corvette from ex-wife in shipping bay. Owner son, Walter, and his wife then took a Fiji vacation.

    Show some respect for your employees....quit being dictators.

    Good safety program. Always pays on time. Good bunch of guys to work with. Very professional.

    Not very generous with company trucks.

    New facility built in Conroe, short drive from the interstate, easy access to nearby places to eat.

    Cons

    Poor design of new facility, to many non English speaking employees. Inadequate management. Sub standard equipment.

    Clean up the clingers that are only there for a pay check.
