    Pros

    At PTI, you can wear many hats, and try different technologies. The scientists are involved, passionate about their work, and help you if you need to talk out your next experiment. They respect your observations, and your expetise.

    Cons

    Management seems too top-heavy, and in spite of bi-weekly meetings to update everyone, there seems to be endless backbiting. This makes it hard to understand the direction of the company and its mission. Day to day, it is a satisfying workplace,

    We get news of the roadshows, and potential partners and investors. We really need to know where this company is headed, and why. A mission statement.

    Very top-heavy with management, couldn't figure out what some people do.
