    Pros

    Nice supporting staff. Some supervisors are really helpful and friendly.

    Cons

    Not much room for career growth. Compensation is lacking, especially to reps who do much more than others on the call floor, yet get paid the same as those who dont know how to do as much.

    Compensate your elite team members.

    More than words can express. I have over 30 years exp in sales/telesales & mktg, and can honestly say that i have never seen a worse run business.

    if you can talk and type, you can get a job here

    Cons

    management will use and abuse you until you're used up. If you show the inclination to advance with this company they will dangle that golden carrot in front of you, getting you to do jobs well above your pay grade and ultimately give you nothing but a pat on the head. Giving years of my life to this company was seriously one of the biggest regrets of my life. 10 years at this place making $14 an hour as a supervisor with no raises and doing a large part of my bosses job. As an entry level rep you'll make $9 an hour. Use this job for what it is, a paycheck to hold you over until you get a real job and for the love of God do not try to make a career here

    Management needs to do the right thing if it wants employees to follow suit. We deal with criminals on house arrest and most of the managers do not take it seriously.

    Stay away from this company

    Cons

    Sub par training, dysfunctional management, no cohesion or respect amongst management and costumer advocates. Favortistism amongst management. Management places a lot of stress and demand on advocates due to lack of staff. Unmotivating and one of the most unfriendly work places, I have ever worked in. Management always follows protocol and disregards complete logic. This organization is completely unprofessional.

    Hire and promote individuals who are actually intelligent and have account knowledge. Remember quality over quantity. The company needs to show more employee appreciation.

    Scheduling was never an issue.

    Cons

    Job security company was very unstable ad they would have contracts with other large companies that would change or dissolve before they were promised. Management and human resources was extremely biased and unorganized

    Pros

    24-hour call center with all shift available, ample training before starting on the phones, and team leads were always very helpful. They also had a referrals program to recruit.

    Cons

    Little room for growth unless you were on a call campaign that had license requirements for higher pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I gave a 2 week notice, only to be put on the first to leave when business is slow list, working 2 hours a day.

    The floor supervisor/support would badger you,and did not treat you with an once on respect. There was also several racists remarks made to me.

    Meet a lot of great co-workers middle of the road pay which was good training was quik ,close to home ,had a nice lunch room

    Cons

    paycheck at times was not right according to my book keeping. they hire you for like 3-6 months then let you go and put you into other programs training was terrible then all of a sudden its not two weeks training you have to do it in 3 days,2 programs I was in were cancelled either by the courts or due to complexity of the program they opted out.,before you get the job they put you through a lot of intimidating of your personal information and so the privacy ethics are not that great.
