I have been working at Providence Capital Funding full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Providence is currently in growth mode and the best business models for Equipment Leasing and Working Capital. Currently 90% of our business is written on Providence Paper offering a great deal of option for lending. This gives us the ability to offer an 85% approval average which is well above the average.

The company offers extremely competitive rates and can handle A+ to D Paper. The Premier Vendor Programs offered surpass an expectations with in the industry giving the company that competitive edge to support our Vendor base.

Compensation packages are flexible and lucrative with a residual component that offers stability and security rewarding production and work ethic with long term compensation.

    Cons

Company is growing rapidly and is going through some minor expansion issues but has reaffirmed it's commitment to excellence and has recognized and rectifying these issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay the course! The company has a great business model and it's core structures should always stay in place. "don't fix it, if it's not broke".
