    Pros

good pay and benefits. The people are smart and work hard.

    Cons

Has been suffering from sinking performance. The top performers are leaving at a steady rate. There is v. little diversity in mgmt. Office culture leaves a lot of be desired. Backstabbing is encouraged and people conspire to get others fired and the people that are doing this are also getting promoted. Could explain why different depts never collaborate with each other. Sr leaders and HR are oblivious to the low morale (or do not care, which is even worse). Mgmt in need of overhaul.

    Advice to Management

Culture needs to change. Otherwise, enjoy the talent drain. Some depts are treated like second-class citizens.

  2. Good firm but returns have been sub par lately.

    Pros

Good people generally, reasonably generous firm.

    Cons

Culture has taken a negative turn, no open discussion, heavily dominated by the CEO.
